Orders will typically ship within 48 hours of credit card verification. Items will be shipped via UPS Ground with no Saturday or Sunday deliveries. You will receive an e-mail notification once your order has been shipped.
The Brass Owl accepts returns from online purchases that are in unworn, perfect condition with all tags attached within ten (10) days of receipt. Please note, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
For returns, please follow these simple instructions:
1. Please fill out return form included in your order and enclose it in the item you are returning. Please indicate if you would prefer to receive a refund or exchange. Please note, without a completed return form, we will not be able to process your return.
2. Repackage your merchandise along with original receipt. Shoeboxes must be shipped in proper shipping box. No shipping tape or shipping labels are to be placed on shoeboxes.

Please note that, should we be required to disclose any personal information to the government, law enforcement agencies, service providers, or other third parties under a formal inquiry involving a court order, subpoena, or judicial proceeding, we shall, at our sole and absolute discretion, assist as required and appropriate under the law.
