How will my order be shipped?
Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of credit card verification. Items will be shipped via UPS Ground with no Saturday or Sunday deliveries. You will receive an e-mail notification once your order has been shipped. Please note that we only offer domestic shipping within the United States.
What is your in-store return policy?
Your satisfaction is our top priority! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer one day for a full refund, and gladly offer exchanges or store credit within 30 days of sales date with original or gift receipt. The product must be unworn and in the original un-damaged packaging and tags. Please note that all clearance items are final sales.
What is your online return policy?
Our online return policy is different from our in store return policy as we understand that customers have not had the opportunity to touch and feel the product first.
Thebrassowl.com accepts returns within 14 days of the date of the order confirmation. All returned merchandise must be unworn, unused and in original condition, with original tags attached. Once received, a refund will be processed.

I live locally, can I order online and pick up in-store?
Yes! At the last step of your checkout process, select “In-store pickup” rather than shipping. We will notify you by email when your order is ready, and you are free to pick up whenever is convenient for you!
